ElectroniCode®

ElectroniCode® includes these additional features for harvesting email and other electronic documents :

Convert over 330 file types to CCITT Group IV Tiff images with the corresponding full text (single page tiffs or multi page tiffs).
Convert Microsoft Outlook PST files to images, full text files and fielded data (over 48 fields).
Process email messages and their corresponding attachments in order. Attachments are easily traced back to their original Email message. (Parent/Child relationships are maintained.)
Unzip zipped files, extract the text, and generate images, while maintaining the chain-of-custody.
All file information from electronic files and fielded data from Email messages are extracted and loaded into separate fields within the output database. Extracting the fielded data provides our clients with field specific search and sort capabilities that they are accustomed to in typical hand-coded databases. Queries can be run against the data to aid in identifying files to be converted to image.
Automatically stamp the Bates Number and a Confidential or Privileged tag on the images or store the information in the image header. Bates numbers are automatically updated into the extracted data and utilized for image linking.
Convert data to an ASCII delimited text file with corresponding image cross-reference files. LSI can format the data delivery for most database systems including, but not limited to, Concordance, Ringtail, Introspect, iConect, Summation. We also provide image cross-reference files in a variety of formats including, but not limited to, Opticon, IPROView, Ringtail, Introspect and iConect.
Contains robust reporting features to allow for generating simple or complex reports related to electronic file collection.
Identify files and output them to a source CD. The source CD option will output selected files in their native file format and directory structure.
